SportStar AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy while providing you with high-quality AI art services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Active Submissions: We collect your name, email, and shipping address when you make a purchase or sign up.

1.2 Content: We temporarily store the photos you upload to process them through our AI models. We also store the generated SportStar artwork for your retrieval and purchase.

1.3 Technical Data: Like most web services, we collect browser type, IP address, and usage statistics to improve our service.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To transform your photos into AI sports portraits.
To process payments and fulfill print orders via Stripe and our printing partners.
To deliver your high-resolution files via email.
To protect against fraud and technical issues.

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

3.1 AI Safety: We do NOT use your uploaded photos to train our AI models. Your images are yours.

3.2 S3 Storage: Images are stored securely in AWS S3 with encrypted links. Original uploads are deleted after a limited processing window.

3.3 Third Parties: We only share data with essential service providers like AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), and OrderDesk (shipping).

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or request its deletion. Contact hello@sportstarai.com for any privacy requests.

5. DATA DELETION REQUEST

If you would like to delete your data or your interaction history from SportStar AI, you can do so by following these steps:

Send an email to hello@sportstarai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the email address used for your purchase or generation, or your unique Order ID if applicable.
Once your request is received, we will delete all your personal data (name, email, shipping address, and stored images) from our database and S3 storage within 48 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

6. ANALYTICS & COOKIES

We use essential cookies for your session and may use analytics to understand how users interact with our generation engine.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has uploaded a photo, please contact us for immediate removal.
