SportStar AI provides AI-powered image transformation services that turn your personal photos into professional-grade sports masterpieces. Our service includes:
2.1 Registration: You may use our service anonymously or via session tracking. Any information provided must be accurate.
2.2 Usage Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your session.
3.1 Credit System: Generations may be limited by our credit system. Credits are consumed upon successful image generation.
3.2 Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a product (Digital, Poster, or Canvas), you agree to the price listed at the time of purchase.
3.3 No Refunds: Due to the immediate cost of AI processing, digital generations are non-refundable. For physical products, refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects.
4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to use and upload these photos.
4.2 Generated Artwork: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated artwork for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use of "SportStar AI" generated assets requires explicit written permission.
4.3 Our Brand: "SportStar AI" and its logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use them without authorization.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or violates the safety policies of our AI model providers. Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI or bypass our payment systems is strictly prohibited.
Physical print orders (Posters, Canvas) are fulfilled through third-party partners. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for minor color variations or shipping delays caused by carriers.
The service is provided "as is". AI generation is an artistic process; we do not guarantee specific results or 100% likeness. We are not responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of our generated images.
